Very easy to make appointments and Nick's estimate was spot on. The work was done beautifully and Nick went over the repair with me to make sure I was fully satisfied and happy. They went above and beyond. The office staff is also friendly and attentive. The waiting area very clean. I will return when I have the occasion to do so.

The team at Gerber is friendly, professional, and they did a great job. The repairs to my vehicle weren't super huge, but nonetheless they did nice work bringing it back to new. I was recommended to Gerber by word of mouth, and on Nextdoor. I can now pass along my recommendation too.

I had a great experience with Gerber after having an unfortunate encounter with a snowbank in my Mini Cooper. All the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful especially the estimator, Jason. The repair work was completed earlier than expected, and they even washed my car & cleaned the inside. The car looked like new when I picked it up. Now that's what I call customer service!

I brought my 2019 Subaru Outback in for repairs following a crash in which I was rear-ended. My service advisor was Presten, who did an amazing job of keeping me updated regarding the repair process, as well as being patient with my questions and following up with a couple of lingering issues. The process couldn't have been easier and my car looks as good as new!
