I have never had body work done on a car before and this was a great experience. Went with the recommendation of the insurance company. Everything at Gerber was thoroughly explained to me and they were in frequent communication (phone/email) to let me know where my car was in the process. My car was delivered before the estimated due date. It was clean and looks/runs great.

When we called Gerber we got in quickly for our estimate. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. We dropped our vehicle off before leaving state on vacation. The team at Gerber was very friendly and thoughtful of us being on vacation. They kept us updated on our repairs and went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased when we got our vehicle back. They did great work on our vehicle and continued to be friendly and professional. Every encounter we had with the Gerber team was a positive one. Excellent service! Robert kept me informed every step of the way. My car was returned to me clean and ready to go. The girls in the front office were kind and accommodating. I received outstanding service on my collision repairs . I had the most unexpected amazing experience. The team really went the extra mile for customer service . I was treated like a person , where the staff cares about the customer . I had extenuating circumstances and had to be driven home and the manager himself drove me home . I am outdone and grateful . I have used other services prior ie Suburan, etc mom and pop shops and this location of Gerber prior and by far found the changes the team spirit and the new Gerber management definitely superior in MI for auto repairs. These team players deserve outstanding recognition for their customer service from the Manager Taylor, JT, Cheryl the receptionist and the employees that made my car beautiful.
