I'm happy to say that I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision. Joe, the general manager, was so kind and genuine. His secretary, (I've forgotten her name but she was brunette) was awesome too. Both of them are extremely accommodating. My first 5 days of rental was paid for. The repair work was done by the end of that 5 days. I got my car back and it looked good as new. They even cleaned it. Everyone there was so nice and sincere, which is rare these days. Great experience. Would recommend this place to anyone.

After my accident, I went to five different collision repair shop for an estimate. I decided on Gerber based purely on gut feeling and the friendly staff that I initially dealt with. The price they quoted was very reasonable and they promised to finish the work in four days. They actually finished the work a day ahead of schedule and when I picked up my car I was quite impressed with the quality of the work. It looks as if the accident never happened and my old car looks nice again. I'm glad I gave them my business.

Joe was extremely responsive to my request for an estimate and gave me a thorough explanation of the work entailed. He offered 2 options of repair and did not pressure me to make a quick decision. I decided to use Gerber and Joe to perform the repair to my car and was very pleased with the turnaround time and price. Joe did not charge me for the work. Given the situation, I appreciate Joe's professional assessment of the damage and his approach to a solution.
