I had a wonderful experience at Gerber in Naperville. I had backed into a pile of ice (after a bad snow storm) and the side bumper of my Ford Focus was ripped away from my car. I do not remember his name at Gerber, but the service man was wonderful and told me that I could come in the following morning to get my car fixed. I came in the next day and the work was completed within the 45 minutes time frame. I wish I remembered the service man's name-he was approximately in his 50's and was at the Ogden location. I remember that his desk backed up to the receptionist's desk (at the front of the store). He came and told me that my car was finished. I walked out to my car with him and he showed me the location of the area they fixed. He handed me my keys and I asked him how I owed him. He said "nothing". I cannot explain how grateful ... I was. I was in a residential treatment facility for an eating disorder and my financial status wasn't too on the positive side. I think that I told him "thank you" 10 times. Here I was in a town that I wasn't too familiar with. I chose Gerber b/c I remembered their commercials and I trusted that these meant they did a good job at body work. Jim, Karen and Michelle provided EXCELLENT service! They were polite, funny and kind. Repairs were done on time and within the quote given. They even rocked it out of the park when another rental car company were being jerks...they hooked me up with Enterprise and was smooth transaction from beginning to end. The Enterprise folks they use are also top notch!!! Thanks for a great experience! The car looks fantastic as well!

Paperwork process was fast. When Enterprise Leasing did not bring the lease vehicle, GM Michele drove me to Enterprise location. Auto was repaired in one day. Service dept even fixed some unrelated small scratches on car. Thanks.

Although the repair took longer than anticipated because of a delay in receiving a replacement part, Gerber covered the cost of a loaner car for the weekend. I greatly appreciated this consideration on their part. All Gerber employees I had contact with from schedulling the initial appointment for a quote through picking up the car when the work was completed were most efficient and professional.

The service I received here was remarkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with their service. I appreciated the way they updated me by phone throughout the process. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. Oh yes, for some reason, my insurance co failed to add rental coverage to my policy, so it was a blessing that Gerber has an agreement with some insurance companies and that my rental was covered.

Dropped by to get replacement headlight assemblies put in on a 2003 VW. Lenses were all fogged and this seemed to be the best approach. Tim, the manager looked at the headlights and promptly assessed the situation. They buffed out the existing lenses. They looked brand new! Done in minutes. The charge was pizza for the guys which was certainly a fair fee. I was greatly impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and overall friendly manner. Great service. Can't say enough. Thanks Gerber!

We have gone the Naperville Gerber for years and always get estimates in a timely manner and repairs ready when promised. When we picked up our daughter's car we were surprised that they had even vacuumed the interior in addition to the repairs looking wonderful.
