I have taken my cars to Gerber a few times and always had great service. I just took my SUV there yesterday because of a rattle in one of the rear doors. Tim knew exactly what to do - pulled it into the shop and fixed it immediately! Great service!

Excellent customer service. Gerber contacted me to set up an appointment. The very friendly staff walked me thru the process. The car was completed before the promised date. Joe (the GM?) even offered to help me transfer my items from my rental car. I would have no problem recommending this Gerber to anyone in need of auto body repair.

The power was out when I dropped the car off, no one knew when it would be restored. Also, Joe informed me that their paint shop was 4 days behind due to a fan bearing burning out. So I was expecting my repair to take well beyond the 3 days initially estimated. But I was very pleasantly surprised that I got a call exactly 3 days later that my car was done. Apparently several people there worked extra hours to catch up, thanks for the dedication!! I had some paint scratches on the other side of the car (non-accident side) and Joe was kind enough to buff most of those out for me and give me advice on how to put paint on the few that were left. Joe was also very helpful in advising how to remove the oxidation from headlight lens. It was fantastic service. They provided updates and completed the service when they said that they would and for the estimated cost. In addition, I dropped the card off after hours while it was snowing. There was a woman still working and she allowed me wait in the office for my wife to pick me up. It was a very nice.

I was directed to this repair shop through USAA insurance to repair collision damages to my BMW. Concerned on having work done on my vehicle by service shops other than BMW, I was concerned not only about the outcome on the body work, but more importantly any mechanical repairs. The shop's GM, Joe S., was very accommodating and informative on the repair process. Overall service and quality of workmanship was excellent. Convenient arrangements were made with rental car. I'm fully satisfied and recommend their services.
