Great couple of guys at this location. I had a dented front bumper that I thought would need to be replaced. However, Jim suggested I leave it for a couple hours and they would try to hammer it out to save me a lot of money. Joe even helped me out by dropping me off at work in the morning. I came back after work to pick the car up and the dent was gone (barely noticeable from before). A big thanks to both of them. If I ever need any other repairs, I'll be sure to return here.

I had Gerber do my collision repair and they did a "Fantastic" job. They provide the best customer service I have experienced. They provided daily updates to keep me aprised of the status of my vehicle. When I picked my car up it looked as good as the day I bought it. Brought the car in on Tuesday afternoon and it was ready on Wednesday afternoon - the fastest service I have ever experienced. The car was fixed perfect. It was also washed and vacuumed. I would highly recommend Gerber.

The service is outstanding. The person at the front desk is extremely helpful and timely. She communicates clearly about your vehicle status. She is efficient in doing the paperwork required for this position. Joe worked on our vehicle and stayed in contact with us throughout the process. He finished the work sooner than we thought. I recently brought the van back for have a clip put in on the step pad on the back bumper. Joe was friendly and happy to assist. He even gave the van a bath! Would definitely use their service again!

Was very happy with the entire process from calling Gerber, repairs being done and the end result. The perople were always friendlyand helpful and I was impressed that they kept me aware of progress of repairs by text message. The damages were successfully repaired. I also liked that they helped with the process of coordinating a rental car while ours was in the shop.
