Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. The front office gentlemen have a great way of making the experience less stressful. The work in my opinion was completed in a very timely fashion and they did an excellent job. I was constantly updated by Thomas, at least once per week. I would definitely return to this location if future services where needed .

Gerber is an outstanding place to receive work done on your vehicle. This experience with them is nothing less than exceptional. This is my second experience and I will continue to use them as long as they are in business. Two weeks ago someone hit my car while I was at work and without an appointment Jamie quickly surveyed my vehicle and let me know when I could bring it in again and set me up for another appointment. Once I had the time Jamie and Mallory quickly got me on the books. When I brought my car in they took car of everything quickly. David and Bryan did an amazing job in fixing the dint that someone caused. I could not tell my self because the work was perfect. Great experience. Excellent auto body work and awsome customer service. They kept me updated with the entire progress. Car went in Monday morning got it back Friday afternoon and it looks good as new
