My van was hit in a parking lot with no note from the vehicle driver that hit my van. I took it to Gerber since it was highly rated by my insurance company. An appointment was made over the phone. The personnel at Gerber che=ck the van out and gave an estimate. The van was sopposed to be ready on 2 Nov, but they completed the work and I had my van back on 30 Oct. Great work accurately done with extremely friendly personnel. I highly reccommend Gerber for any type of auto repair work.

A++ service!! My second car in a few months, and extremely professional and quality work! Very personal as well!! Rick is the main repair guy I dealt with, and he got my car back earlier then expected before Halloween weekend so I could transport my 3 young boys in our minivan to Grandma's to trick or treat!! Minty is great customer service, and Don is the nice GM! Highly-AWESOME-ended!! :-)

Amazing staff and team who is a well oiled machine! From Rick who gave me updates every few days, to Anthony's friendliness on the phones, to Don doing a final check but never just sitting behind a desk, to Mindy who pulls the whole place together. It was dealing with people I've know for years , and this store should be model for all others. It's nice to see such a large company go "old school", and teat a customer like more than a number just awaiting a check in hand. I've used and recommended a local company for windows for years but now you will be the first on my list. Not only was my car looking as good as new but was detailed inside and out( nice touch). Everyone at this location is the best! My husband & I both have had work done here over the last year. I returned because of some loose trim that may or may not have been from the previous work. There were no questions and they fixed it immediately. Our other car needed a new windshield paid for by our insurance, and they buffed out the adjacent area at no charge. We wouldn't take our cars to anyone else. They are professional, quick and very accommodating!

The whole team was outstanding. The service was great from I walked in and was greeted by Mindy's smiling face to the GM Dan walked me out to go over the work done. I was also very impress by their car wash. They cleaned the interior to within an inch of it's life. I've never seen that done before. As long as they are in business, they get my business.
