I would like to personally thank all of you again for a wonderful and great job you all did, in repairing my car, and in a timely manner. I really appreciated your care and concerns in helping me get my car looking back in good shape.. The way you handle issues with the insurance company and making sure it was fixed correctly. Thank you for even cleaning out my car and going the extra mile, in taking off all of those extra stickers from the windshield. I didn't know how to get them off and it was well overdue( Lol). The Gerber team at this location is absolutely AWESOME! First, the customer service is great. You are greeted by Ana, a wonderfully bright and pleasant person. Then the entire team gets involved in addressing your needs. They listen; they really do listen to what is important to you. The workmanship on your car is unparalleled. The gentleman who details the car (I forgot his name) is absolutely wonderful. His work product is amazing!!!! It is really off the chart. When I picked up my car, it was as though I was getting a new car. They matched the paint perfectly. The attention to detail was phenomenal. I am so happy with the service and workmanship I received. I had my car bumper fixed from an accident. The people are very friendly. They let me know when my car would be ready. They took my bumper off and found more damaged. They alerted me about it and gave me a new finish date. They are very thorough with what they were going to do. I love the text messages reminding me of my finish date and my car was safe. They finished before the time given and returned my rental car. Car looks new.
