I was extremely terrified when i found out my car had been hit at work. my company's insurance has taken care of the repairs and thanks to Beth and Jose at Gerber Collision they made the process move smoothly for me. Excepting the car right away before Christmas may have hurt my rental car experience but, again, Gerber stepped in and helped everything run smoothly. The day came to get my Aveo back, looking beautiful and all clean there was still a problem with the balance of the rental car. I am extremely relieved to have found a place that has GREAT customer service. dealing with insurances companies is such a hassle and Gerber is doing an awesome job at helping me out. I thank Gerber with my whole heart, keep up the great work over there and Happy New Year!!!

Unfortunately, i have had to get cars repaired in the past with other auto repair shops and I was not pleased with the customer service and sometimes the quality of work. HOWEVER, Gerber Collision and Glass is not one of those places. They went out of their way to help me feel comfortable and even got me a loaner. Moreover, although they originally said it would probably take two weeks to fix my car, they did it in one. They aslo called me twice to tell me what they where doing. other places I have delt with made me call them and then they had no answer as to the progress of the repairs. I would and do highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for any repairs you may need.

I really appreciated the e-mails and telephone messages that provided me with updates on the progress of my truck repair during the 2 weeks it was with Gerber. When i dropped my truck off, the staff i encountered were extra friendly and professional. Jose Vega informed me of the repair process on day 1 and it was quite helpful to have 1 person that i could go to with questions about my truck as opposed to others who may have not been familiar with my repairs. I truly appreciated the customer service extended by Mr. Vega and would definitely recommend Gerber Collision in Oak Lawn to my family and friends. Two thumbs up!

Jose and his team at thet Oaklawn facility finished my car in a timely manner. They were very informative during the process. In addition to the very professional service, they aided me in rental car needs!!! I was more than happy to patronize their business, even in this hard economy.... Money well spent!
