They sent us text messages throughout the day as to the status of our vehicle and it only took one day! They even cleaned the vehicle. Great job at making the necessary repairs, and getting it done within a specific time frame! The guys stayed late to get it done so that I could still take my vehicle out of town! That's true dedication at its finest! Also, assisted in dealing with the car rental when a situation came about. A BIG THANK YOU for that! Dave was so nice and went above an beyond for me in my time of crisis. I woke up and got my n my car to go to work and noticed my back window was shattered. After calling and meeting with the police I drove to Gerber glass and collision and at 7:30 am Dave was the first to arrive and open the office. I told him what happened and he brought my car into the shop and vacuumed the glass out of the back seat. It looked like it was going to rain and he saw how concerned I was so he taped the window up to keep it dry until repair could be made. Dave was so nice. I have had many cars repaired here and my daughters car also. I recommend Gerber Collision to everyone. Thank you Dave
