Always informing me of what would be done to my vehicle on the small repairs. My best grades for this shop and the people that helped- I apologize for the consusion when I did the other survey and mixed up my grades backwards due to my language barrier. The work done on my 2015 Chevy Equinox was beyond what I expected. I dropped my SUV off on Monday and the repairs were completed days before expected. The estimated repair time was 7 days but it was completed in 2 days. Jorge G. was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed about my vehicle everyday. Jorge went above and beyond what I expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back if I need anyone more repairs in the future and recommend my friends and family to the facility.

The process for the estimate and repair was handled very professionally. Mr.G took great care to make sure I understood what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I asked about some additional work and he called me back with the additional cost which I approved. We are very pleased with the work done. Jorge G. did my estimate for my damage on my car. He was very polite and detailed on what my car needed. David H. did the actual repairs on my car. He called me everyday with an update on my car and called when they needed to add an item to be repaired. He was also polite and detailed. I was very please with the results in my repairs to my car. The repairs were done in a timely manner. It looks like brand new. My car was also cleaned on the inside and outside, which I was not expecting. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone!!

I was unfortunate enough to be T boned by an unconscious driver who was driving a Chevy Astro van. He hit drivers side bed of My Z71 Silverado which snapped the axel and Both alloy wheels, shot the tail gate off and completely twisted the bed. I was very upset because I make a point of keeping my vehicle in good shape only to have it mangled. I explained my concerns about insurance companies being cheap skates and that I didn't want any old differential out of some clanger work truck that's been towing a tool trailer around for 200 miles. They assured me this would not be the case and they would stand by the parts they replace. I was a mechanic for GM for 10 years and know how these Silverado Diffs are prone to excessive lash.
