Gerber Collision of Dublin has exceeded my expectations. My repair was completed beautifully, within the time promised, and they worked efficiently with the insurance company. I returned to Gerber a second time for a quote on another issue. Drew took the time to clearly explain my options and kindly took steps to minimize the damage to my car. I will highly recommend Gerber Collision of Dublin.

Gerber Collision and Glass did a great job on the repair of my Kia Optima! During the initial repair estimate, Drew was very thorough and knowledgeable. He found some needed repairs that I did not even notice, and clearly explained these to me. Drew also had a great sense of humor. After the repairs were approved by my insurance company, the insurance company was very slow to approve a couple of supplemental repairs that were needed. The slowness was the fault of the insurance company, not Gerber Collision and Glass. I spoke with Adam, at Gerber, who kept me posted as the supplemental repairs were approved. Adam was there as I picked up my car. I was very pleased with the looks of the repairs, was told exactly what was was done, and was given instructions on how long to wait before washing and waxing my car. I took my car to Gerber through my insurance and I am glad I did. They started the work on the same day they received my car. They kept me informed on how my car was coming along on a daily basis. My car was also completed a week before they said it would be done. The gentleman that helped me was named Rick. Great customer service. And my car looks great.

Brian was extremely courteous, has a wonderful knowledge of collision requirements/needs and was able to answer all of my questions. The work was performed promptly and as stated. Although I chose not to use a rental car (I reside close by), rides to/from were offered. This was appreciated. The fact that the inside and outside of my car received a thorough cleaning, was a real bonus! Would recommend Gerber Collision to friends/family any time.
