My experience with Gerber Collision was awesome! They really made the entire process easy and completely painless. I was very surprised and pleased with the genuine customer service (Rick and Patty especially), but even more blown away with Gerber going the extra mile to arrange the rental car and provide text updates. I was also very grateful for the super fast estimate and repair! I am a pregnant stay at home mom with a 2 year old and I can honestly say working with Gerber Collision was the easiest part of my week! If or when I ever need the services again, Gerber Collision will be my first call.

Patricia and her colleague at the front desk are total professionals. Amazing customer service and she went out of her way IMHO to help me out. Gerber's work was fast and superb and they even detailed the inside of my car!! I will definitely use them again.

I just want to say that I am extremely pleased with Gerber. This was my first time going through a major car repair, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Not only was the car repaired in an exceptional way, both TJ and Chelsa were also great to work with. I was kept up to date on status of repair, communications with insurance company, etc. When I got my car back, you would never have known it was in an accident. Two thumbs up and five stars from me!
