I would have rated this a 10, but you don't go that high! The staff was very compassionate, friendly and explained what they were going to do to my care in great detail. I would recommend Gerber in Orland Park. IL to all my friends for a Company that cares about their customer.

Excellent experience with your Orland Park office. New car badly scratched with bushes. Edgar assessed the damage and tried a little buffing. That didn't work so the painter took the car right away and it looks just like new again :) Excellent work and very nice employees. I highly recommend you.

The whole staff I worked with was professional, helpful, and courteous. The general manager, Romeo M. was clear on what was to be repaired and helpful. The receptionist at front desk, Lucy, was courteous and helpful on the phone and in person. Ed, another staff member was also aware of my repair needs and was great to work with. The repairs on my car were done in a timely way and looks quality and great! I had a follow-up issue that was handled immediately. Thanks to a good team at Gerber!

They did a wonderful job on the repairs and detailed the inside of my car! Was not expecting that at all. And there were one or two things that I spotted on the vehicle when I got there but they were very diligent in making sure the problems were addressed in a very timely manor. Would recommend this facility to others for sure.
