Brought my car here twice in a few months. Once after getting hit by a plow and another one after trying to fix paint on my hood which went badly. These guys are great. Not only is their work great and quick, but their customer service is AMAZING. Making sure the customer leaves happy really is a their number one priority. That's something a lot of businesses say but rarely show, but this Gerber follows through their promise of making the customer happy. I can't say enough complimentary things about this Gerber, from the nice lady behind the desk, the guy who gives you a ride when you need it, to management, they know how to treat customers and do great work on their cars. Safe to say that this Gerber has a new lifetime customer!

Thank you for the great job done on the repairs to my car! The people at Gerber went above and beyond what was expected. They were professional and polite and regularly kept me updated on the repair progress. Not only did the outside of my car look great, but they also thoroughly cleaned the inside. . . an unexpected surprise and something I myself had not done in a long time. As needed, I will definitely use Gerber Collision and Glass again and will recommend them to friends and family.

The work is done beautifully; the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The wait to for the work to be completed is with in range of expected. This place is awesome!!! I had a problem rolling up my window with my old school Honda in Seattle. 2 shops, 5 days, 2 visits, and $650 later the problem still kept happening. The problem thankfully happened again right by these guys and it literally took 2 hours and $50 to fix it. Jose the estimator was super helpful in keeping me up to date, Lorainna up front was funny and really conversational, and Rob the manager is great talking to since he is passionate about what he does. Free WiFi is great and I would honestly go out of my way an hour to make sure these guys are who fix my car again.

I was in a severe car accident where my whole front end needed to be done over. The technicians, customer service reps to the general manager was very very helpful. I cant thank them enough on what a wonderful job they did with keeping me updated in there system, giving me phone calls. I would recommend anyone to go the gerber collision in orland park. The service wasnt rushed. When i got my car back the technicians seen that the left side of my car had been repaired before now this i never knew but with there expertise they were able to identify it without me asking. So they went an extra mile to fix the problem by repairing the front left side of my car and repainting it so it can match the other side that was damage.
