I dropped off the car and was kept well informed about progress of the repair. It was finished ahead of schedule. How often does that happen? Best of all it looked perfect. This is the 2nd time I've used this Gerber location and wouldn't hesitate to go there again. Thanks Jose!

Equally Excellent Service and Customer Service. I am Katherine's POA and had just moved to Orland Park less than 24 hours earlier when someone "hit and run" my mother's car while I was in a restaurant. I was given Gerber's name by my Insurance Company. I needed a car badly. Robert came over immediately. Took me back to the shop and then drove me to pick up a rental car. The receptionist in Gerber's office was awesome. Juan kept in touch and actually had the car ready within just a few days rather than the week or so as predicted. They made a bad experience not so bad. My car looks awesome ! I was updated with progress twice a week. The car was finished pretty fast considering it is a Pontiac and no longer made. I dealt with Sam who was very nice. I have never experienced this before, but it wasn't so bad as Gerber just took charge. I did not have to worry about getting someone to drive me to return the rental car and then drive me to Gerber. Gerber took care of the rental for me which was a BIG deal to me :) I didn't have to impose one someone to drive me from Enterprise to Gerber. And, everyone I dealt with was very nice, especially Sam. I am VERY happy with my car results. You would never know it was in a collision.

Gerber did a beautiful job on my car! The manager was very friendly and explained exactly what needed to be done. The final cost was as promised! I thoroughly enjoyed the emails that were sent each day to keep me informed on the progress of the repair. I will use them again if needed and of course recommend them to co workers, friends, and family!
