Excellent service. All manufacturer parts were installed. I had a rear end collision and it was extensive damage. Gerber repaired it and were very thorough in checking out all the damage and to replace all parts needed. Very courteous staff.

I brought my car in for a broken side mirror. Sam Haleem was the estimator that I dealt with and he was pleasant and professional from the very beginning. He said he would order the part and have it within 24 hrs. He called the next day and said that he had the part and could get me in an out in about an hour. I took the car in on a Friday and he had it repaired in about 35 minutes. He was great and the service I received was top notch. Have never had a bad experience with Gerber and would not think of taking my car anywhere else.

Quick service. They fixed my car in five days, when they originally said 3 weeks! I had scrapped both doors & my mirror pretty bad. When I went to pick it up It looked like it was new. I had Sam as my estimator & I told him I did not have car rental on my insurance, he offered me a free 5 day rental with Enterprise, which was right down the street, they picked me up and I had a car in less then an hour! I really needed a car to go to work, so it worked out perfect. Good customer service!

Totally satisfied..Excellent service, very accomodating, office staff is outstanding, especially Andrew Anderson & Crystal. The general manager, Mike Ammbriz made sure my car was ready before the time promised as I had an important appointment to make. It was discovered that there was more extensive work that needed to be done than origainally was estimated. Yet, he still had it ready on time. I recently had an accident, for the 1st time in 25 plus years. Not knowing were to go for repairs my insurance company suggested a Gerber repair shop near my home. My auto is a 2001 Nissan Maxima with 35,000 miles and is like part of my family, if you know what I mean. From my first phone call to Crystal, who had a flat bed tow truck, because of steering problems, come to my home and bring the car to Gerber, to Andrew who was the adjuster, to Mike who is the General Manager who supervised the repairs to my auto,was a pleasant experience under difficult circumstances. Especially Mike, who went above and beyond to make me happy and keep me informed of the repairs. I recently had a collision repair done on my Cadilac STS by Gerber in Orland Park, IL. I must say that Mike A. and his team there did an excellent job not on the body work and repairs, but really put the effort in to make sure the tuff job of matching up the pearl white coat blended perfectly with the rest of the car. Good job guys, and you'll be highly recommended.

The service I received at Gerber was outstanding. Everything went along as promised & the car was completed a day earlier than estimated.The photos that were posted on the internet was totally awesome they kept me updated on the progress of the car so I didn't need to bother anyone. The car looks bran new just like I drove it right out of the showroom. Thanks for doing such a great job! Well satisfied.
