i HAVE HAD A FEW ACCIDENTS IN my life and they were never as pleasant as th is time when it came to fixing my car, , I took my car in to Gerber Collision -in Orland park, I was amazed at the service provided, I took my car in a Monday morning, and I was beyond thrilled when they called to say my car was ready that same week on WEDNESDAY!! I mean this was faster than an OIL change !! this place rocks...they fixed my car, vaccumed it, washed it.....awesome I would recommend them to all my friends and I have !! thanks Gerber I'm sure glad I chose you to fix my car, ps: i didnt have a ride home when I dropped it off and they took me home....

The service I received was excellent. The staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept informed on the progress of the work on my car and when it would be ready for pickup. The car looks better than new. Hopefully I will not be in an accident again but if I do, or any family or friends need collision or glass repair I would highly recommend Gerber Collision.

I damaged my fender & was running late to have my estimate done at Gerber. This was the same day as my initial referral to them through my insurance. I arrived at Gerber after their 6 oclock closing time. Andrew still did my fair estimate. I left the vehicle in for repair there a few days later. They arranged a loaner for me with the near by car rental through my insurance, which was available for me at the shop just a few minutes after my arrival. The next afternoon my vehicle repair was complete, with a beautiful job done. I dropped off the rental. I could not believe how easy & efficient the entire process was.
