Just wanted to thank the staff, especially the Manager Mike Ambriz at Gerber Collision and Glass for such prompt and professional service. I was pretty upset to find that someone had hit my parked car recently. Having a new car, I knew the repair would be costly, but I was pleased to find that they came highly recommended by my insurance company, StateFarm. I received and estimate in about 15 minutes, and my repair didn't even take a full day when I surely thought I'd be without my car for at least 2-3 days. My car looks great, you would never know it had been hit. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass in Orland Park to anyone in need of quality, professional auto repair.

I was totally satisified with the work done on my car. Mike could not have been more helpful with a small problem that occurred after the car was returned from the dealer to reset some sensors. He would not give up until he resolved the problem. This office not only is run professionally but with great customer care.

My truck was a hit and run in a parking lot and needed repairs. I was referred to Gerber by my insurance company. I called Gerber and spoke to Mike Ambriz. He set up a rental and an appointment for the repairs right then. I took the truck in, was told about 7 days but got it back in 4 days. They done great work. I can't tell the truck was ever hit.If I ever have problems like that again, I'll be calling Gerber.

Went here on numerous recommendations, I was extremely happy with the outcome. I had a previous company I dealt with for collisions and they would try not to replace a body part, just repair it if damaged. These guys didn't even try to pass that off. My hood was damaged and they just replaced the hood, no hassles. Very nice. All the parts were quality parts. I think this is my new Collision repair joint. Thanks guys.

I received AAA service from the staff at Gerber, beginning on the day of my unfortunate car accident. With uncertainty of how to proceed, next steps, etc.. Mike Ambriz guided me step-by-step through the process; provided one-on-one assistance, extremely thorough / detailed updates throughout the entire process - from beginning to the very end. Mike was always available via phone and provided, prompt, courteous answers to any inquiry I may have come up with. I will certainly utilize the 'Customer Referral Card' to let others know of the services available by Gerber.
