Excellent service! From the time I brought in my car to be looked at for the damage till the time we picked up the car. No issues no worries. The car looks fantastic too! Great service; great quality work! The Gerber staff in Orland Park fully explained the details of the repair, the cost estimate and the estimated completion date. They also arranged a car rental at the Gerber facility. I had a very good experience with them.

Had a wonderful experience here. Absolutely love how my car came back looking brand new after an auto accident. Everyone there was great about keeping me updated about what was going on with my car. The service at this location was amazing. I was referred to Gerber by my Liberty Mutual insurance agent. I went in on a Friday morning for an estimate. Gina was very friendly and helped me out so much including getting a rental car from Enterprise. Richard was great help in explaining the damage and giving me the estimate. I returned on Tuesday morning to drop off my car. I was told that it might be done by the end of the day and when I received the call later that afternoon that it in fact would be, I was very surprised. The body work was excellent. Prior to leaving with my repaired car, I had my stepdaughter's car seat with me. I was informed by one of the Gerber workers that since the car seat was in my vehicle when the accident happened, Liberty Mutual would provide me with a new one.
