The personal touch you get from waking in the door and being greeted by name from Gina who seems to have an amazing memory and vast knowledge about all that goes on at Gerber. I'm still shocked, the damage was so extensive and the team at the Orland Park (Southwest Highway) location was friendly, helpful, courteous, and extremely efficient in ensuring that I was comfortable and back safely in my car as soon as possible.
