Everyone was so friendly and efficient,my car looked great after the repairs were finished !!!!!! What I was so surprised to find,was that they did a total detailing of the interior of my car without my asking for it. It was like stepping into a new car !!!!! These people really are highly professional and I would recommend them to everyone that I know.

When I came into Gerber Collision I would of never thought it was gonna be this easy to get my car repairs done! After coming to pick the car I went over the car with Casey. He explained everything that was done to the vehicle. I noticed that they even cleaned the car which is a Wow in my book! Thanks for restoring my vehicle back to its original look!

I've been to Gerber Collision 4 times in the last year & none of the accidents were my fault!. The good news is: Gerber is wonderful! Exceptional work, extraordinary staff. Everything is always done on the timeline that is promised. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Of exceptional note is Gina who coordinates EVERYTHING! She is friendly, extremely organized, and effecient beyond words. She made me feel like I was the only customer she cared about. But I watched how she treated each and every customer and made them all feel special. She deserves a big bonus! What a first class operation!

I couldn't even begin to explain how exemplary the customer service is at this location. From my first phone call through receiving the keys back this afternoon, the team at the Gerber Collision & Glass in Orland Park were in my corner. They helped me find a rental, they kept me updated on repairs, they even gave me personal phone calls to check in throughout the repair process so I was well informed of everything that was going on. They were more than kind, very polite, and were extremely open about what to expect when going through the process of repairing my vehicle.
