I had such a good experience with Gerber even in a bad situation such as the collision/accident. Customer Service was so helpful and accommodating. Having a rental car there for me when I dropped off my car was wonderful as well as me just having to drop it off at Gerber when I picked up my car. The body work is beautiful. You could never tell I was in an accident. I loved the text updates I received on my cellphone. I would recommend Gerber in Orland Park to everyone. My experience with Gerber givers me faith that Customer Service still exists.

The repair made on my minivan is really great and the painting looks very nice and clean. My vehicle looks like new again. The other thing that I like most is that they are courteous and professional. They update me everyday on the status of my van and help through the process until their job is done. Great Job.

Lainie Novak guided us through the entire process from drop off to car rental, and the final pick up. Lainie is particularly good at what she does and it was a pleasure to have her as our contact person at Gerber. I can't believe how quickly the work on my car was estimated and completed! I was kept informed via text and phone calls and it only took 3 days. The staff was very cordial to me, I was able to get a rental car from the same location that my car was being repaired. The work was excellent upon receiving my car back. No indication that damage occurred.

I brought my car in and the estimate didn't take long at all. The young man, Casey helped me out and gave me an appointment for the following week and told me that was going to be done with the car. I brought the car in on the date of the appointment and was told it was going to be ready by that Friday. There was an offer for a 5 day free car rental and I took it as I needed to get home. I called on Thursday and I couldn't get thru, phones were down in the area, however, Casey actually called from his personal cell phone to give me the update on the car, not many places do that. Casey also called on Friday morning to let me know that the car was going to be ready by that afternoon and I could come and pick it up.
