Great service, very accommodating and great workmanship. I will use them again and recommend them whenever I can. Just sent my son there for repairs. They do not do interior and exterior detailing so when I asked for this service they did not even hesitate and offered to take my truck to the local detail shop for me to have it done. Really like the service and great attitudes here.

I'm a repeat customer, I had 2 vehicles repaired at the same time at this location last year and service was awesome. Someone sideswiped my car recently and didn't leave contact info, i didn't hesitate who I would get to repair my car. Everyone from the front desk, appraiser to the body techs were great! I will always have my work done at Gerberglass Collision & Glass.

Only complaint I had was excessive time Gerber quotes as to when the car will be completed. This I feel is to make it easy for Gerber to have car ready on time. Staff was excellent in the service and quality I received.

TO TOP THEM ALL IT WAS DONE THE SAME DAY. I will gladly tell my friends of this excellent service. I called a Gerber shop that was close to my house...the woman on the other line was not as friendly and helpful as I would have liked. So, I called the Gerber on Southwest Highway in Orland Park and the person who answered the phone, Patricia, was very nice and helpful. I decided to take my car there to get service. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and made it easy on me! The estimator I worked with, Casey, was also great and personable! I would recommend them to anyone! Very professional - my car was even cleaned on the inside when I picked it up. My only complaint is the rental car - it was not clean on the inside and smelled like smoke. I called Enterprise about this and I'm still waiting for a call back.
