Excellent service and staff. They were very informative and did the work much quicker than our expectations. They were very thorough in all conversations about the problem, how to fix the problem and when it would be completed. Casey, the staff person we dealt with explained all at the end and encouraged us to be back if anything went wrong. I would highly recommend this office.

For the year starting out so bad,gerber made it a easy transition! Everyone made it a pleasurable experience at such a stressful time. We were constantly updated about the progress of the car and they did a superior job! My husband is a car geek and he was smiling. Not even a speck of over spray or anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Feel free to call for any questions.. Good job in customer service...so many places lack that..and excellent body men!

as always, my 2nd time here for a repair. I even recommended my dad to come get his vehicle repaired here when my mom got into a minor accident. they did a great job an always kept me informed of the progress. an my car again looked brand new! they went above an beyond an met our standards an im so glad I got my car back lookin like a new car! thank you gerber :) everyone was very nice and courteous an friendly a place that has great customer service! I do not want another accident or hit another pole however accidents do happen an if we have another one or if I know someone who gets into one I will go bak to gerber an recommend gerber to anyone!

OMG what a wonderful experience. Gerber did collision work for me in April and I was quite satisfied. I broke the bolts on my front license plate and called for help. Gerber fixed my problem and I was in and out in no time. They did not charge me. I would have recommended Gerber before but now I will rave about the customer service I received. I just want to take a moment to pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to one of your employees. A week ago, I had the unfortunate experience of “meeting” a deer with my car. In talking to my insurance company, they recommended Gerber Collision and Glass. They were RIGHT. From my initial contact with Lainie, to her arranging for a rental car (and getting me a good ‘deal’ from them as they were late in their arrival to deliver me the rental), through taking care of a previous scrape that I had on my car – to cleaning the vehicle – Lainie did an exemplary job!
