Kudos to the very nice folks at the Gerber Collision Repair Center on Southwest Highway in Orland Park, IL – Sam, Trish and Laney - for an outstanding job! I was recently struck by another driver who had coverage with Progressive Insurance. Progressive recommended this repair facility. Although I had no prior experience with Gerber I used their recommendation and was delighted with the service I received. I picked up a rental car at Gerber when I dropped off my car for repair. I was professionally greeted by Sam who explained how the process worked. I received voice mail and text updates on the progress of the repairs on my car from Trish and Lanie. The repairs were beautifully done and my car was ready exactly when promised. Gerber is a class act. Thank you for a job so very well done.

Your staff was very friendly and efficient. My car rental was waiting for me when i dropped off my vehicle for repair and my car was repaired before the day promised so it worked out perfectly. Things couldn't have gone smoother. I'd definitely come back here if my car needed additional work.

I would like to say that this collision center is the most professional group of folks I have ever dealt with. I was very impressed with the frequent tex massage updates. The estimate was very professional and the car was delivered as promised. I was very very satisfied with the work. I would certainly recommend this body shop to family and friends. My car (2010 Nissan Altima) had two damaged fenders and minor scratches on the entire car. I brought the car in on a Saturday, just before Noon. Even though the Gerber shop was closing in five minutes, Tom took me in for an estimate. I brought the car in the following Monday and they had an Enterprise rental car all set up for me. The Gerber people were great and kept me informed during the entire process. I received my car on Friday and it looks brand new! The entire car was buffed and washed; they even cleaned up my trunk and placed all my belongings in a plastic bag. One of the guys went over the car repairs with me and allowed me to inspect the car. Very pleased with the repairs and the excellent service from everyone from the front desk ladies to Tom, the estimator. I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs and the final cost came in with a $100 discount. The free 5 day car rental was a super plus addition that sealed my decision to go with Gerber for my repairs. Also, I am a repeat customer. Gerber did the repairs on my car in Nov. 2011. This time, I paid out-of-pocket and looking at my car afterward, it looks like a new car! Great job-keep providing thiskind of service and you have me as a customer for life (although, I hope I don't have to come again-if I do, though, I know where to come.) P.S.-Very nicely appointed waiting area with clean restroom-makes a good impression.

What an extraordinary experience! It's been about 10 years since one of my cars needed body work. Walking into Gerber - NO paint odor! Both of the office folks, the appraiser, and even an affable shop employee communicated well and effectively. I knew what was going on daily through emails. The work is superior, their communication terrific and the cost was less than two of their competitors.

Just an overall exceptionally pleasant experience dealing with the folks at Gerber. From start to finish everything was top notch.
