I took my wife's 2014 Toyota Highlander in for a repair estimate on the right front bumper after scraping our garage door frame. No dent damage but a lot of paint transfer. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment on July 3rd, Estimator Casey K. looked at the area and stated; "let me try something" and that he would be right back. When he returned he had a white cloth with paint thinner on it. He then proceeded to rub all the areas where the paint transfers occurred and all the paint from the garage frame came off. He then cleaned the area with a neutralizer and the area was as good as new. (Note: I did try a scratch remover prior to bringing the car in, with negative results.) Freddie, Casey, Gina, and Annabelle are the VERY best! They are all prompt and efficient. They make promises and keep them. My license plate holder was chipping the paint in my license plate enclosure. My car was feeling shabby. They meticulously repaired and area. I love driving my car again.

The customer service is unbelievable! Adabel was super nice and everyone is very friendly. They worked extremely fast on my husband car and by the time they were done the car looked like new. Just picked up my car at the above location after having them replace the back bumper that was " scuffed " by a driver at a stop light. I must commend this facility for being the most professional from the initial appraisal thru the completion of repair. Kudos to Annabelle their receptionist for helping me with the necessary paperwork that had to be filled out. A special thank you to Rachael H. their estimator who kept me informed of the specific work that was being done on the car and taking me thru the entire process. To all the others (porters, body technicians, painters, etc.) your work was absolutely amazing and I thank you all. The only regret that I have is that I could not give you more than 5 "stars". Count on me to be one of those who will "HIGHLY WRECK-OMMEND" you to others!

I have used Gerber Collision at this location several times. Their work is impeccable! They keep me informed along the process take the time they need to get the job right. I especially want to compliment Gina and Casey. I feel like they treat me like their BFF's! They deserve huge raises for the work they do. They know about customer service. That's why I always insist on Gerber Collision at this location when needed. I met a new employee on my last visit, Anna Bell at the front desk. She was fabulous as well.

Nearly a year later when I thought there was additional damage (from a new event), Gerber was able to help me resolve the issue in a very cost efficient manner.
