I chose this company because it was a select vendor from State Farm and I needed some Auto Body Repair. I brought my car in, where Val diligently reviewed the damage to my vehicle. Although a somewhat timely estimate, Val showed me every concern she had, mark she found around the accident site, and area needing to be fixed. I scheduled an appointment, brought my car in for repairs, where again, Val wiped down my vehicle and showed me every mark related to the accident, unrelated to the accident, the odometer reading, gas level, and car condition. I was told the repairs would only take three days, so I opted not to have a rental car. Annabelle called me Wednesday afternoon and explained they would be having a meeting in which she would have a better idea of when the actual repairs would be completed. She called the next day, said the car ... would be ready that evening, and scheduled me with a pick up time. Upon arriving for pick-up, my car was already waiting for me in the garage, Annabelle processed my paperwork quickly and went over all the checkout details, which she placed in an informational folder. She was quick, kind, and professional. Then Val took me to the car and showed me the repairs and explained the actions to take if I was not sure repairs were completed. I had a collision repair done at this location. I was told that my car would be ready and later in the evening I came to pick it up after hours. The car was way in the back in the dark and was not completely ready. I called the next day and the manager apologized and offered me a wash/wax for the inconvenience. I accepted and just wanted to mention that he turned an unpleasant experience into a positive one. It's not the mistake but how it's rectified that's important and the manager did just that. And special thanks to Gina for making sure I was happy. Thanks all!

No one is ever happy after an accident but when I came thru the door, the first thing I saw was Abby' smiling face and her eagerness to help me. She explained how the procedure would work, etc. I met the estimator who went over everything and was friendly and answered all my questions, since I am not at all mechanically inclined. Everyone made me feel confident that they could and would do the job well. The professionalism and friendliness of the team impressed me. Gerber is now my new body shop.

Very efficient and courteous from the tow to the pick up which was at the 300 Washington La grange, Il location (fixed at the Orland park location). Everything went very smooth. Only I did not get an actual phone call when the car was ready, but rather a text that I didn't get to respond to till Saturday and you were closed. Again, very happy with the service.
