June at the front desk was so kind and helpful to me, and the gentlement who worked on my car provided such fast, wonderful service on my old car. I am just so grateful for all the work they did on my car, giving me periodic updates and answering any questions I had. They worked on my old car with the same respect and car that they would offer all the other beautiful, newer ones, and that meant a lot to me. Thank you, Gerber!

AWESOME service from the minute I stopped by till the day I picked up my car! This was my 2 month old new car, that I was upset about being hit. Grange (not my insurance) recommended Gerber, and I am glad they did...the bumper looks Perfect...thank you! I have already recommended the Palatine shop to my daughter who unfortunately just got hit last week. I know you will do a great job. Lastly, the car was so clean when I picked it up...especially the windows...thanks

I brought my car in for an estimate on 3/20/13 and Joe Pyter was the Estimator. He was so very kind and came up with the best possible solution to to fix my car at a very low cost to me. The whole Gerber team at this location treated me with such kindness and respect. Next time we need a dent repair this location will be where we bring our cars.

Gentlemen, on a different issue. I recently had the opportunity to become a customer of Gerber Collision and Glass. I was rear ended by someone who failed to notice I was stopped at a red light. I used the Gerber facility on Rand Road in Palatine, just around the corner from my office. The folks there are all first rate. June, the administrative person, was extremely friendly, as was everyone else I spoke with. They all seemed focused on making sure that my experience with the company was as positive as it could be. I was very impressed.

Joe K and June were a pleasure to work with on our automobile repair. Joe was extreemly through on estimating and his timeline for completing the repair was very accurate. They were able to answer all my questions and if the opportunity arises I will recommend this location to anyone who has a need. The repairs look great and with the warranty I feel very comfortable that any issues that arise will be handled without issue. These two employees should be your poster folks for providing outstanding service and quality repair.

I was a stranger in a strange land (moving from Texas) who had allowed my cell phone to fall behind the dash board of my vehicle. I knew that it would take someone who could get the dashboard off and back on w/o damaging it. Joe was gracious and kind and had me back on the road with phone in hand in less than 15 minutes! He refused to charge me and even rejected my offer to buy lunch for the staff. he said it was their "good deed of the day"! Good deed indeed! I use no one but Gerber Collision now that we are moved into our new home in Lake Barrington IL.

Great service provided at this facility! Joe Pyter made what, to me, was a catastrophy into a more pleasant experience. Joe kept me informed all through the repair process of my vehicle and encouraged me to call or stop by at any time if I had any questions and concerns. Joe is a true professional and a really good guy. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was so unbelievably pleased at the workmanship and quality of the repairs that had been done. It looked brand new--just as it looked before my accident. I also must mention the customer service rep, June, who was the first person I spoke to after dropping my car off for repair.
