I originally dropped off my car at the Palatine location, but they transferred it to Spring Grove, which is not listed above. In addition to a windshield replacement, repairs were also made to my hood and front bumper. My repaired vehicle was delivered to my house on a flatbed and the Enterprise rental was then returned (via flatbed) for me. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and the service was awesome!

There was a mixup with my appointment time not the fault of this branch location. They fit me in between regular appointments so I didn't have to reschedule. The customer service was very friendly. The manager gave me an Enterprise rental as an accommodation. My extensive hail damage was fixed in record time and so well that you would not know that it happened. I am very happy with the service and the work. If ever needed again, I will check here first.

Wow. All I have to say is this place was incredibly professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Getting your car fixed after an accident is never fun, but Gerber Collision made it surprisingly pleasant and easy. June, at the front desk, is one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful customer service professionals I have ever met. It was truly a pleasure working with her. The Estimator I worked with, Jim Walker, was very thorough in his explanation of what would be done and what would be covered by my insurance company. The work was completed in less time than I anticipated and looks great. I was also given an upgrade on my rental car to a minivan at no extra cost - which was extremely helpful in terms of carting my four kids around while my van was being fixed. Excellent Service, Jim helped me to get my Mitsubishi Fixed in a quicker time frame with quality service. Even when some more parts where required after initial estimate, order was placed with manufacturer and my car was kept ready before the stated date. They also offered me 5 day free rental when my car was getting fixed which was not available in my insurance. Thanks a lot for everything and will surely recommend Gerber to my friends and colleagues.
