I have been dealing with Collision Revision for many years. Actually my parents did as well. I have always been super happy with the workmanship when I have had repairs done. The employees that work at that location are are so professional and kind! The office grils Ruth and Laura are wonderful!, and Tony Combs (Manager) at that location is wonderful as well!!! I am quite sure Gerber Collision & Glass will keep the hightest quality of work as well

Extraordinarily professional!!! I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the repair process. Gerber handled interaction with insurance company when repairs beyond those in the initial estimate were needed. Vehicle was delivered on time. Repairs look great!! They took the time to clean the vehicle inside and out. I can't think of anything that was done less than perfectly. I had not had collision damage in quite some time and did not really know what to expect. Absolutely a great experience!!!

Tony, Jim and the rest of the team are amazing, professional and do a great job. This was not my first visit to them for a reapair and in the futere, I hope I don't need them, but if I do need a repair I would not go anywhere else. Thanks everyone - great job! My car looks amazing!

I have been in the insurance claim business for 27 years. I did not tell Jim W. this at the start of the repair process. I was blown away by his level of customer service and keeping us informed of the process. Jim was very professional. He regularly called us to give us a status on the repairs. When hidden damage was found Jim again called us to inform us of the process. He then followed up 3 more times during the repair process to keep us informed. This is unusual in the fast pace of today's insurance claim world. Most shops will simply call you when it is done. If you want to know why there is a delay with repairs, with most shops you have to call to find out. I was very pleased with the level of customer service Jim W. provided us and we would definitely use Gerber Collision in Plainfield, IL again. Jim W. is an asset to your company.

From the minute that I walked in everything went very good . Starting with Laura and then the estimator Ron. I came in on a Monday late afternoon and was able to bring the car in on Thursday morning. Picked up the car on and Monday finished and a beautiful job. Special thanks to the painter.

Tony C. General Manager and his staff provided uncomparable customer service. I brought my daughter's under-insured vehicle (no collision) to Tony following a rear end collision with a semi. Her car suffered what appeared to be major front end damages. Tony assured me her story of a low speed impact accident was true and explained in detail the nature of damages verse potential damages. I gave him my absolute maximum out of pocket budget amount and when the the bill was finalized it was under by $1000.00. The car was picked up from my home and delivered back to my home following repairs in show room condition. Tony and staff reached out to me in keeping current with the costs and estimated time of completion. The service was outstanding. The price was a relief and the quality of repairs exceptional. A GREAT EXPERIENCE! MY VAN LOOKS AS GOOD AS NEW. THERE WAS A LITTLE HICCUP REGARDING THE HEADLIGHTS AND WHEN I RETURNED TO THE SHOP, THEY HANDLED IT IMMEDIATELY AND WERE VERY APOLOGETIC. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD, GERBER COLLISION IS THE BEST.

My previous feedback picked up the wrong body shop>>>> They made my worst nightmare feel pleasant and my truck was repaired and looks great.
