Brought my car in Monday for front bumper and fender work. Tony said should be 4 or 5 days and he called me Wed. and said it was done. Never got car back 2 days early from any service anywhere. Very pleased with Tony and the quality of work they put out of that shop. Will definitely pass this place on to people I know, and will be sure to give them Tony's card. Nice job guys!

Everyone was FANTASTIC!! Jim W. was especially helpful because he took the time to answer questions I had about the entire process and gave me advise on whether or not I should handle the claim thru my own insurance company or thru the company of the person that hit me. I had gone into Gerber feeling very unsure and uneasy about everything and thanks to Jim, I left feeling much more confident about the process and that I was doing the right thing by going thru my own insurance company. He was a tremendous help and really put my mind at ease. I couldn't have been happier when the repairs were made and I went to pick my car up. My service at Gerber Collision was second to none. Tony and Jim were extremely helpful and professional. They took time to explain every step of the process that was going to take place. Jim called me during the work to let me know how things were progressing. I was very impressed by the personal attention and quality of work. When my car was finished it looked like brand new! I recently brought in my 2014 VW Jetta GLI because of a deep long scratch on my passenger side back door and also a bubble in the paint on the drivers side rear door. Other body shops wanted more than double of what I payed out of pocket to Gerber to fix the issues. Gerber did such an awesome job matching the paint perfectly to the rest of the car. My GLI is a reflex silver metallic which is a tricky color to match than just a plain silver. You cant even tell the doors were repainted at all. They got everything done professionally and in a timely manner, ( They were done with it sooner than they said) They also cleaned up the car for me. I will bring any of my vehicles to Gerber no matter how minor or severe the damage is. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I was completely satisfied at the body work done on my van. The manager Tony along with all of the staff at Plainfield Gerber were so nice and a real pleasure to work with. Tony took us through the repairs step by step, we really thought our van was going to be a total loss. Being involved in an accident really can turn your world upside down. Getting our van back was amazing, even going as far as detailing it prior to pick up and adding gas. Its the extra care beyond the repair- extremely satisfied! Highly recommend!

I was treated with the utmost courtesy, efficiency, convenience, competency and accommodation! Even a couple of minor items that were unrelated to the accident that brought me in for service were enthusiastically handled for me, at additional charge. However, all repairs were very reasonably priced! I could not believe how staff coordinated the rental car service, insurance claim and appointments to fit my needs so readily. As odd a statement as it may sound- barring any physical injuries- if one is going to have an automobile accident, Gerber makes it almost a pleasant experience!

I live appx 15miles away from this facility (old collision revision) I was extremely happy that the same crew was still there, especially Tony C., for such a young man, he is always professional, very detailed, and the work is always perfect. His whole crew from the friendly lady that greets you to the crew in the repair facility, they make you feel welcome. Shop is always clean. The above reasons are why I don't mind traveling the distance I for competent friendly service. I own 2 Lexus' and one Honda unfortunately I had to have work done on all, but extremely happy with the out come and attention to detail.
