I was very impressed with the service we received overall for the repairs of my daughter's vehicle. The text message updates were awesome and a great personal touch to keep me on point with where you guys were in the repairs. Everything with the vehicle was fabulous, the door, the window, the mirror, the paint job, all perfect. I also appreciated the detailing after the repairs were complete, the vehicle was returned clean, and even the tires were shiny :-). When I came to pick up the vehicle I was greeted with a smile by the front desk receptionist give a status and asked if I wanted coffee or water, the gentlemen sitting in the office also came out and spoke and gave me a status, the gentlemen bringing the vehicle to me also gave me feedback and told me to call if I had any issues. I would definetly bring my car back to Gerber Collision and recommend them to family and friends. The customer service was great! They took my car in right away and had it done when they said it would be done. Jim W kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with the process and damage that was done to my car every step of the way. The repairs done to my car look great! The body work and paint that was done to my car looks so good that you would never know I got into an accident. When I got my car back the inside had been cleaned and they even washed it for me!

Great service. Best experience I've had with car repair. Everyone was very courteous & helpful. Extra clean facility. My cars bumper had to be replaced. It was done in one day & matched perfectly. They even washed my dirty car. Employees knowlegeable & happy to please customers. Tony C, General Manager, was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

I am very happy with the repairs done to my car, as well as the customer service from all of the employees that I dealt with. Everyone was very nice, explained the process and made sure to keep me up to date with the progress. However, I must say how delighted I was when I got my car back and saw how thorough a cleaning they did before returning it to me. I was going to be happy just having it washed since it was the dead of winter - but I was thrilled to see they did what I would call a "mini-detail". While not totally detailed, which I wouldn't have expected anyway, they cleaned areas inside the car that hadn't been gotten to in a long time. Way to go Gerber Collision on great customer service and quality of work done!

Tony c. was amazing!!! The whole experience was 100 percent no stress. They delt with everything including the insurance company to the rental car. We got follow up calls every few days regarding the repairs. Exceptional Customer service! Ten stars!!! Laura at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and best of all my car looks brand new!!!!!! Would highly recommend Gerber to everyone I know....

I had repairs done to my vehicle after I was involved in an auto collision. I was extremely happy to see Tony C. and his staff was still there after Gerber took over Collision Revision. Tony and his professional staff are friendly and very helpful. The repairs made on my 2006 Chevrolet Impala exceeded my expectations. The vehicle looks brand new and it was returned to me fully cleaned. Tony made this process as smoothly as possible, he worked with the insurance company to ensure that my vehicle was repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. I really appreciate Mr. C. and his staff. I will definitely recommended my family and friends to see Tony at Gerber if any repairs is ever needed to their vehicles.
