I was VERY pleased with all aspects of the service I received. My daughter was in her first accident and rear-ended someone. The car is a 12 year old Camry with almost 200,000 miles on it. They were very understanding about it being a high school car and us just wanting it to be safe for her to drive. We were not concerned with how it looked. They did the minimum that needed to be done for a very reasonable price. They even had it done ahead of schedule. I even referred the lady that she hit to have her vehicle repaired there. I certainly hope we do not ever need their services again, but if we do, I would not hesitate to go straight there and have them repair the vehicle. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

The service I received was far beyond my expectations from the very start the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable and very thorough, I did not have to wait long to speak to my repairman....Jim W, he's very professional, he came out and greeted me almost immediately and explained everything he was planning to do with my vehicle, set up my appointment and informed me that he would call me if the part was not delivered before my appointment day, and also arranged for a rental vehicle from Enterprise. I was pleasantly surprised at how good a job they did washing and cleaning my car inside and out. Overall the whole experience was above exceptional. I was most definitely refer others and if I should need repairs in the future, this will be my repair shop!!!! Thanks, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

This was the first time I have every used Gerber Collision. I am very Pleased with the outcome of my vehicle and how AWESOME it looks! :) Job Well done! The customer service was very professional and courteous. I do have to say that the time it took to complete was a little extensive, although I did get it back a few days earlier than anticipated, which is always nice. Thank you much appreciated.

Once again Tony C. stepped up to the plate and hit a grand slam. Brought my car in so that Tony could look at it and was able to take care of it and a fast and timely matter. If there were more men like this in the world it would make life a lot easier to get your vehicle repaired from someone you can trust and won't take advantage of you.i wouldn't take my vehicles to any other shop and will highly recommend this person and facility to everyone. Outstanding work and customer service..

I want to say that Mr. Tony is with out a doubt the best customer service person I had ever dealt with. He really tends to all my concerns and really go's out of his way to make you happy. Exceptional service. I will always recommend him to any person. Tony needs to mentor other person in customer service to learn from him how to really take care of customers.
