My overall experience with Gerber was superior. The work on my car was excellent, but what was even more impressive was my customer service experience from beginning to end. Tony, the manager, was thorough in explaining the process and interaction with my insurance carrier and me. Eddie was a joy to deal with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and followed-up with me throughout the process. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service and work performed by Gerber staff. I wish I could give this shop more than 5 stars. To say my experience with them was exceptional is an understatement! Tony is awesome and goes above and beyond and then some for his customers, and Ruth is so welcoming and friendly! The text update service is so great because it helps put the car owner at ease knowing what stage of the process the work is at. Getting calls from Ruth about updates is awesome as well because it shows how much they truly value their customers and making sure they're in the loop. I was devastated when my car was hit in an accident, but after Tony and his crew were done with it, it looks better than the day I got it!! I could not be happier!
