About a month ago our new car was hit and there was over $8000 in damages done. We chose Gerber and were immediately impressed with their high level of customer service. Our mechanic, Eddie, told us it would be 3 to 4 weeks until our car was ready. He delivered in 2 weeks! The car looked brand new again. A week ago our teenage son used the same car and was in an accident. We took it back to Eddie and he was so gracious and professional. His talent and attention to detail is truly an art form. We are amazed with his high level "people" skills and his humble yet confident approach. Laura at the front desk is stellar! I strongly recommend Gerber in Plainfield to anyone.

From start to finish, I was impressed with the speed of service, customer friendliness and overall ease for our accident claim. Eddie V. was called to review our initial estimate, called us when it exceeded the amount (slightly) and was there to explain and show us the finished repairs. It was a minor body repair, however they still treated us with the same professionalism as a major job. I was very happy with the Gerber services and plan to return for other body work in the future. The staff in Plainfield really works as a team. From the front office to the techs in the back everyone was great. The customer service there is outstanding. My lead person was Nick. His professionalism was A-plus. And when Nick wasn't available Eddie stepped in, what TEAMWORK. The manager Tony really runs a smooth operation. brought my car in .Although i was told i could take my car anywhere i wanted i was recommended by my insurance company to try Gerber. Best move ever. The staff was very professional. Mr. Nick Kimbrough was the gentleman that did the inspection for my car and kept me up to date what was going on and when my car would be ready. When my car was ready and i came to pick it up it was cleaned and you couldn't tell what the car was brought in for. Excellent work.
