I brought my car in for a body repair estimation and they took care of me very professionally. Also, they accomodate my request to fit into the repair schedule with rental car reservation. I no need to visit rental at all. Awesome!! I drop the car for repair on scheduled date and they called rental and rental folks picked me to their office with advanced paper work. All I need to do is simple paperwork and I left the rental in 5 min. Eddie called me in next hour or so to let me know the repair details and estimated completion date. Once, repair done, they called me with office hours to pick up my vehicle. Great people. Very professionals. Laura the office admin simply a very professional and nice human being. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Gerber did an excellent job on the repairs. They replaced my windshield and a dent on the side of my Mercedes. I was very impressed with their work. I will definitely be going there if I ever need anything else done. Customer Service and communication was great as well.

Service was fantastic. I was kept up to date via text everyday and phone calls every 3 days with the status of the repairs. The repairs were also completed 2 days ahead of the scheduled completion date. The only problem I had was having to wait about 2 weeks to even get the vehicle in, I am not reducing the rating for this as we were still able to drive the vehicle.

Gary W. and his repair crew did an outstanding job on my blue 2005 Toyota Camry. While the repair looked minor, they discovered additional damage when they actually took the bumper off. They contacted American Family, got the additional repair approved, and my car looks amazing! The paint job and color match is perfect! They did all this and had the car done in time for when I needed it. I would highly recommend Gary, his repair crew, and this location.

I am so impressed with the service I received at this location. I don't think 5 stars are enough. I rate this office at a 10. Eduardo was awesome to work with. He kept me informed with every detail of what was going on with my vehicle. His customer service skills exceeded anyone I have ever worked with when it came to repair of my vehicle. Front desk staff was exceptional too. I would certainly recommend this location to my friends, family, and colleagues. The service I got was outstanding. I was overwhelmed when I got in my car at pickup because the inside looked and smelled like a new vehicle. The repair that was done on the outside was exceptional as well. I am so appreciative when a business of this type goes over and beyond satisfying their customers. I am o happy with the results as well as my husband because he extremely picky when ... it comes to cars. He was certainly impressed as well.
