He kept me informed with every detail of what was going on with my vehicle. His customer service skills exceeded anyone I have ever worked with when it came to repair of my vehicle. Front desk staff was exceptional too. I would certainly recommend this location to my friends, family, and colleagues. The service I got was outstanding. I brought my car in to get fixed on July 19th, thinking it would take a couple weeks to fix my dented bumper. I got a call from Nick saying my car was all ready to be picked up the next day (July 20th)!! My car looked great! And the paint job on my bumper was matched very perfectly!! Gerber even washed my car, and they even cleaned & shined up my tires! I am very happy with Gerber's services and would highly recommend them to family & friends!
