Fantastic service--Everyone was helpful and considerate. After my accident, initially I was going to use my car insurance, but Gerber employee Nick suggested I try to contact the other party's insurance company for reparation--and they immediately paid completely. I definitely wanted Gerber to perform the repairs. Simon kept me informed on the progress. Simon and Brian were both also very kind to me, Car looks terrific. I would absolutely recommend Gerber to everyone. Thank you for making an unpleasant situation very pleasant.

Gerber repair did an AWESOME job on my rav4 it looks brand new!!!! the customer service was the best! I received a call from Toby ( one of the mechanics) Tues & Thurs. with updates on how the repair was going. This was my first "experience" in a car accident, and the service here made it less anxious for me.I will surely recommend this shop! The receptionist is also very nice. THANK YOU!!!

My 6 month old car had been backed into. I came in for a non insurance estimate. The shop manager looked over the damage, asked for my keys and returned in five minutes with the damage fixed - no charge. Absolutely fantastic and made my day. I'll certainly be sharing this story around and be recommending the shop. Additionally, the facility was nice and clean and the staff was top notch.

This is the second time I have used this location and I am so happy with work done. When I had my second accident there was no question where I wanted my car to be fixed. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do I will be back. All staff were very helpful and professional. I dealt with Brian who could not have done any more to make sure I was satisfied with the work done on my car. Again I can not speak highly enough about this business and quality of work. The team on Ice Dr. in Raleigh NC are great! A deer hit my car and they fixed it like new!!! I worked with Brian and Lori at the front desk. They were great!!! Brian said on problem we got it and they did! He sent out up dates on the car by text. I think that is great I did not have to call him and he would call me and up date me too. Brian and Lori thank you for all the help!!! Again great JOB!!!

All I can say is WOW, WOW and WOW! This team on Ice Dr. is amazing. I was in an accident on a Thursday evening and on Friday morning I was standing in their office to get my car fixed. I loved the quickness of service. I was mainly working with Brian and he was always following up with me and updating me via phone calls and automated texts of when my car would be available. Now that is service!!!! The ladies at the front desk were exceptional and very pleasant to work with. I also wanted to send a big thanks out to Brian for following up with me regarding my rental car issues that I was having. He really seemed to care and wanted to make sure I was being treated fairly. Thank you Brian!I would definitely recommend this team again. They are the best!

Fantastic service!! Brian B. was very knowledgeable and professional, and he kept me informed as to the damage to the car and the progress on the car repairs; the body work was excellent!! The car was repaired in a timely manner. The whole process was very smooth as this was an insurance claim (the other driver involved in the accident was @ fault...State Farm). I would definitely recommend this body shop to others in need.
