Just wanted to thank Phil and his entire team for a job well done. We had collision repair done on both of our family vehicles and the impact we felt was minimal to none due to Gerber's efficiency, customer service and follow up. As professionals who use their cars every day for business, this was a HUGE help and value to us. The coordination with USAA and Enterprise seemed seamless to us as the customers. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received, beginning with the first phone call. And Phil was a pure joy to work with. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process pain-free. The work on my car was also top-notch. I have recommended Gerber to friends and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. You could tell that this was a well-run operation and that staff were trained in the smallest details of customer service.

I had a minor fender bender in a parking lot and came in for an estimate (I've used this facility several times in the past with great satisfaction). Phil Derosa came out ot look and said this was no big issue. H had a tech take a look and with a quick repair it was good as new. Phil's responsiveness was outstanding and just wanted to recognize it. I will come back again (even though I hope I don't need to).

Everyone was fantastic! Phil gave me a thorough overview of what repairs would be needed, walked me through the estimate process, and kept me updated via phone calls as to the status of the repair. I also received text messages updating me on the day my car would be ready, and it was done a few days early! I arrived to pick it up a few minutes after the shop was supposed to close on a Friday afternoon, and everyone was so pleasant and helpful with letting me inspect the repairs, ask questions, reminding me about the guarantee of the work, and sending me on my way! They even took care of returning the rental car for me so I didn't have anything else to worry about. It was a great experience!

While going through the process of getting my vehicle repaired, The staff of Gerber Collision & Glass was spectacular in assisting me to the best of their abilities. Personally, I believe that an employee by the name of Phil DeRosa was the most helpful out of all. He spent numerous minutes of his busy day talking on the phone with my mother to help resolve our claim. He was the kindest individuals i have met through the auto repair industry and he deserves to acknowledged. Whether that is some kind of accolade or a raise i believe that he deserves it due to his willingness to go out of his way to please others. I can say that i will be returning to Gerber Collision & Glass due to the great atmosphere and great employees like Phil.

Phil Derosa worked with us on providing an estimate for to repair the damage to our car. He kept us informed on progress. The car was ready almost a week ahead of scheduled, Phil made that the we were satisfied with the repair. And we are. Also the receptionist is very nice lady with excellent customer service skills. Many thanks to the team at this location, they are really exceed customer satisfaction normal scale. We will recommend this place without hesitation. Keep the good work.
