I had Christopher as my service advisor. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and stayed on top of things to make sure my car was returned to me quickly. The technicians did a great job replacing my ac condenser which was damaged by a rock hitting it. I couldn't recommend Chris and the rest of the Gerber team at the elmgrove park location enough. If I could give 10 stars I would.

After my car was side swiped, my insurance directed me to Gerber Collison & Glass, Elmgrove Rd. Beginning with setting an estimate appointment through receiving my car after the repair, everyone I encountered was friendly, efficient and courteous. The work was beautifu l and the color match was undetectable and they even replaced the paint protectant on my front door! Gerber is very attentive to detail, in fact, they even detailed the interior and washed the car!! I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone needing collision repair.

Daniel C. kept us informed, the office staff were polite and very courteous, if anything, the office personnel told us a wrong date for pick-up which made us abit mad, but the actual work done was extremely well done. So super thanks to those actually working on our car. Using Hertz right there was extremely convenient. Thank you for a job well done.

The Service at Gerber was phenomenal! They are friendly, helpful and knowledgable, send updates periodically and very prompt with fixing my car, it only took them 1 day.I really appreciate how they cleaned my car, it looks brand new! Thats how service should be. I will use them in the future but hopefully wont have to.

I was involved in a hit & run and my car was sent to Geber Collison through my insurance. I truly have nothing negative to say about the service I received. Every Tuesday and Thursday Daniel C. would contact me and give me an update on the status of my car, which was really appreciated. I had pretty intense scrapes on my car and some wheel damage but now my 2020 Nissan Sentra car looks good as new. I have included some before and after pictures. Thank You Gerber Collision!
