I stopped into Gerber Collision to ask about some scratches to my hood. Chris was amazing! He took my car and had Manny in the paint buff the hood - All the scratches are gone! Chris even took the time to notice a deep scratch on another panel and brush touched it up for me. Amazing customer service, thank you Gerber !

Hello everyone :) I wanted to take this opportunity to publicly acknowledge Mr. Kyle. From the first day my vehicle was brought to Gerber, he provided me with updates on my vehicle at least 2x weekly. He was always willing to listen to me and was very knowledgeable of his field of work. Kyle welcomed me with a warm smile and was compassionate and understanding. If the world had more Kyles' , it sure would be a much brighter place to live in!! I appreciate him and I surly hope you folks value him because his shoes would be extremely hard to fill!!! It is truly a pleasure working with a business so well organized. Vanessa and her team simply did an outstanding job AND they constantly kept me apprised on the status of repairs. With a 13 year old car I was concerned about parts availability. Vanessa located ALL of the parts ( and there were a lot) and acquired them in record time. Once all of the parts arrived and were inspected, they quickly put my car back together. Never would I believe that my car would look again like the day I drove it off the dealer's lot 13 years ago, but it does! These people are craftsmen with truly unbelievable skills.
