The service was excellent, from the very nice girl on the phone, Ada, to the people who detailed my car. The job was so well done. Even I don't clean my car as well as they did. This is my second vehicle I have taken to Gerber Collision for repair. I usually have 1 to 2 cars a year that need repair work done. Previously I have used Carstar in Mundelein and I was happy to find a more ethical place to take my business. The previous company never stood behind any issues that came up from poor craftmanship. Bill Vojak is an asset to your company, he takes care of his customers and never tries to run away from a problem. He is the reason I will recommend Gerber to other people I know. The service provided everyone at this Gerber location was exceptional. I was keep in constant update regarding the status of my vehicle and had my vehicle returned a few days early in perfect (cleaner!) condition then it was when I last had it. Friendly and fast. Will defiantly use them again if needed in the future!

Needed our bumper repaired when we got rear-ended. The repair went flawlessly and took less time than anticipated (1 day instead of 2).
