I chose to go to Gerber in Round Lake Il to have my Jeep Commander fixed. My family has taken 2 of their cars there and have absolutely loved how they looked when they were finished. I am very happy with the service that we received from the time we dropped it off till the time we picked it up. My car looks fantastic & I will recommend to all my friends and family to take their cars there. The service I received was outstanding. From Jessica at the front desk to everyone I came in contact with. The work done on my car was flawless and finished ahead of time than what I was told which was a wonderful surprise. My car was also cleaned both inside and out which was another great perk! I have told everyone about the great service and quality of work!

The customer service and repair service received was outstanding. This is the second time this year I have had my car repaired and the people there are great. They went above and beyond to work with the insurance company on my rental car as I was out of town when the car was done and the insurance company wanted to charge me. My car looks amazing!

Took my car in based on my insurance companies recommendation, and I have to say it was the best service I have received to date. There were multiple set-backs (not their fault, waiting on parts and when they sent it to another specialty shop) but the shop kept me appraised almost daily with where I was in the repair process. The car looked great when it was returned, highly impressed. I have already 'wreck-ommended' this company to a friend!

My brand new car was rear-ended. Gerber was recommended by the insurance company for the person who hit me. It was very conveniently located. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process of repair with reasonable timetables. When I picked up my care, ahead of schedule, it was beautiful. It looked and drove like a brand new car again.

I want to start with, Bill is awesome! My wife and I were in a car accident in April of 2012 and had the Round Lake Gerber do the collision work. The months following the accident we began to hear a tinny vibrating sound in the front of the vehicle (where the impact was). The sound would only happen once the vehicle would be warmed up and accelerating between 40-60 mph. After describing the sound to Bill we went on a test drive to diagnose the problem. Bill tried a few things that first day but nothing worked, he suggested I bring it back another day to look at it. The work that was done on that day did not fix the problem either. Bill then said I am going to give a rental, I will work on this until I find the problem and fix it. These Guys are Fantastic! I have never been more impressed with a body shop. They Kept me informed almost every step of the way and did the job Right....THE FIRST TIME! I had my E46 3 Series BMW Sedan "Fixed" at another body shop and the work was....less than satisfactory. They Addressed all of my concerns and rectified the whole thing...even stuff that I hadn't noticed that was wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thanks a million!

Jerry who handled my call did a great job. I called early and Josh was there and completed the job quickly before 4pm. It was great to have them come right to my home to do the job! They were professional and efficent. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs glass repair!
