Awesome job !!! Fast an courteous service for the reception to the estimate to the bill pay. Repairs were done on time and it looks like new. My car was even washed, vacuumed, and tire shine applied! A pleasant surprise. I almost want to break something so I can go back.

After my neighbor backed into my car and did $3300 worth of damage, I knew the only place I wanted my car repaired was Gerber. The Round Lake location did an amazing job on a very minor paint repair for me last year, and now that I had serious damage, they were the only location I was willing to trust. My neighbor's insurance company was very difficult to work with, and were not very nice to me, but Mark at Gerber Round Lake, fought for me to get the repairs done the way they should be with GM parts, and made sure my neighbor's fly by night insurance company did the right thing by me. Wow, Wow, Wow!!! I cannot believe the great service I received! The entire process was made easy and painless for me. During the time my Jeep was getting fixed I received numerous calls to update me on the progress. It was ready 3 days sooner than promised and was beautiful when I picked it up. Every inch of the vehicle was cleaned and I apologize because it was a mess when I took it in. Mark and Jessica are the greatest. Who ever did the repairs and cleaned my truck you did a fantastic job!!! My insurance agent recommended you for the repairs but I never expected the high level of care and work that I received. I will not hesitate to send someone to you if they need any work! Thank you for making a bad situation into something pleasant!

Had the rear bumper on my 2008 Toyota Highlander repaired after a minor fender bender. As I expected, the repair and paint were perfect. What I didn't expect was that when I picked up the car, they had cleaned the interior for me! No small task! My WeatherTech floor liners were filthy from this past winter. Not only were those spotless, but the dash had been wiped down too and everything vacuumed. That was definitely an element of customer service that I appreciated and will tell all of my friends and colleagues about. Gerber is the best place for autobody repairs. Thank you!
