This is my first time visit. I found all the staff members very friendly, professional and accommodating. They took care of the car rental and made the entire transition very easy. They returned my car within four days looking brand new. I will definately refer my friends and family and I will continue to use Gerber for any future repairs. Only one situation occurred when I received the repair bill via email, I had a concern so I replied to the email, however, I didn't get a response prior to picking up my car.

I am extremely pleased with Gerber's service. I had slight auto damage from sliding into snow bank. Another body shop previously quoted me over $1000. Gerber's quote was $375. Gerber called me day of service to say they could salvage part to bring my total to $250! They did a beautiful job in even less than a day. I could not be happier with Gerber's ethics and professionalism.

Eveyone at Gerber was friendly and attentive. Tim provided updates during the process and everything was handled as he said it would be. Jacqueline from Enterprise was very helpful and had my rental ready when I dropped off my car. The repairs were complete in two days and my car came back looking spotless and repaired. I would highly recommend Gerber and Enterprise. I was glad that USAA directed me to Gerber Collision.

Five Stars, Excellent work! My car was the unfortunate victim of a hit-and-run (while it was parked in my driveway!), and I had my car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass (through Allstate) in Round Lake, IL. I've had auto-body work performed on my car by Gerber in the past, and looked to their services this time around. As before, the staff was courteous, professional - and fast, too! The original estimate was for four days, and I picked up my like-new car on the third day. Gerber also provided quick and seamless rental service through their partner Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Round Lake. Good-quality, solid, courteous, and professional work all around. Highly recommended!
