Talk about excellent customer service!!! Kevin and Matt were extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I've been here twice this year and received excellent service and a stellar body/paint job both times. Unfortunately, you can't do much about inconsiderate hit-and-run drivers in Chicago, but the good guys at Gerber will have your car fixed up and looking like new in no time! My car was involved in a rear end collision. I was sent to Gerber by the other vehicle owners insurance. I arrived and met with the Estimator Kevin O. He gave me the estimate and I set up a date to come in for the repairs. I dropped my car and was informed they would call me with an estimated time of completion. Well, they called me the same day and said my car was fixed and I could pick it up the next day. When I got the car the repairs were great and they even washed it and cleaned the inside of it. Wow, I was really impressed. The service I received from the very beginning when I met Kevin until the time I left with my car was top notch. It was a totally fantastic experience in dealing with a collision. Thank you!

This is the second time I've used this location for collision repairs. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and make the entire process incredibly easy. Great quality craftsmanship. Car was clean and ready to go. The repair looks as if the car was never hit. Great quality paint blending. They even vacuumed the inside of the car and shined up the chrome lettering on the back

I was highly satisfied with the job Gerber did for my car. Had my car fixed the first time in October after I got into an accident and was surprised that they detailed my car afterwards. Dont really go to autoshops that often and not sure if all repair shops do that. Nonetheless, I was surprised and happy. Second time I had my car done, I paid out of my pocket, and was grateful for all the help the GM, Matt and the estimator, Kevin. They did a tremendous job on working with my budget and to ensure that I get my car in good condition. They fixed my car in a timely manner as well considering the bad weather. Highly recommend their professional services. Thanks guys!

Denise, the front desk girl was wonderful to work with when I had to schedule my car. Being the first point of contact, she really set a positive experience from the moment I walked in the door. For service, I dealt with Matt, Nick and Kevin. They were constantly calling with updates on my car. I appreciated their genuine concern and care for my car and my needs. My car was fixed in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, it was spotless: detailed inside and out. I highly recommend this shop for repairs.

Gerber's customer service is excellant. I was well taken care of and in the little time I was there, I saw that other customers were well taken care of as well. I will recommend them to my friends and although I hope to never need their services again, I would absolutely use them if I ever needed body work done in the future.

the employees where very professional in explaining in detail what was going to be done and when finished explained what was done along with reviewing the truck with me. They also keep in touch to advise me of the progress of the repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone for there repair needs
