I cannot speak too highly of the staff at this Gerber facility, especially Bob S., the Estimator who worked with me on understanding all the issues concerning the costs and repairs, and various scenarios of resolution to the extensive front-end damage of our car. It was restored on budgeted estimate, with early completion, and in excellent condition. There was tremendous empathy with us, especially right after an accident, with due care and thoughtfulness. Outstanding service and workmanship throughout! Thanks to the production manager and crew as well. Thank you.

I am so glad I picked this store to have repairs done on my vehicle because everyone was great from start to finish. Jen was nice, helpful and had a great personality. The estimator, Bob, went out of his way to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle during the repair process. He called me twice a week to let me know what was going on. He was friendly and a real people person! The front end of my car was where the damage was. Right now, it is back to it's pre-accident condition and I could not be happier. They even went to far as to clean the inside of my car before I picked it up...and I mean it was cleaner than when I bought it. They even folded the towels I had in there. All I can say is "WOW!". This is the third time Bob S. serviced my car. He is friendly, considerate, customer spending sensitive and very friendly. I accidentally damaged my BMW's door and was afraid it would cost me hundreds, if not thousand. But Bob got it fixed at such a low cost and overnight time that I am completely amazed! Recommend their service without reservation!

The staff is great, no matter how many times you call or ask a question regarding the repair they are happy to answer very nicely and politely. The repair on my car was done fast and I felt my car was in great shape afterwards.

The people were nice. The service advisor in charge of my inspection was Marcus. He explained everything nicely. Everything was taken care of well. There was some minor dusting needed with the visors, but everything else was good.
