This visit was absolutely flawless!!! Ability to make last minute appt. was very convenient, very prompt and friendly service by the staff. Sarah B. was exceptionally wonderful and was able to assess my needs and provide immediate and excellent service. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. Highly recommended!!!!!!

I took my car into the Schaumburg location last week and worked with Bob S. This gentleman made my experience very pleasant. Not only was he friendly and polite, he was extremely professional and caring. It turned out the damage I came in to get an estimate for was something that could be fixed within minutes. Bob fixed my bumper, and told me that because it was so minor, he wouldn't charge me. I was flawed. This act of kindness doesn't happen often. Gerber is very fortunate to have such a professional, and caring individual on their staff. I will be sending friends and family his way. He truly deserves every referral I hope to send his way.

Gerber took over Cars Collision and honored the lifetime repair warranty (much to my surprise). They fixed it without any issues and did a great job. I am very pleased with the service and quality and the honor of this company.

The associates were friendly and professional. The work was excellent, and the final price was the same as the original quote. When I returned two weeks later with a related problem (but not caused by Gerber), they resolved it quickly and without additional charge... and they couldn't have been nicer. If I need any additional work done to my cars in the future, Gerber will the first place I visit.

The service was fantastic. When I arrived Matt explained to me in detail as to what was going to happen and how I would be updated regularly on the process of my repair. My car was done 5 days earlier than expected and when I picked it up Sean explained everything that they did and how it was repaired. My car looked beautiful on the outside and they even cleaned the inside! I had a wonderful experience and I will recommend this body shop to everyone. I also received a free rental for 5 days which saved me money as well. Thank you.

"I am writing to let you know how impressed I am with your staff at Gerber. It was late in the afternoon on Friday and I stopped in hoping to get an estimate on a small dent on my car. I was half expecting to be brushed off because it was so late on a Friday, but instead I was surprised by exceptional customer service. Bob was wonderful. I only had to wait a few minutes as he finished with another customer. I showed Bob the damage to my car and told him how it happened. He asked a few questions and I was went to wait in the TV room thinking I would be there a while. Within minutes, he was back and we went outside to look at my car again. Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your help a few weeks ago with our unfortunate car situation. Having backed into my husbands car in the driveway, we had the inconvenience of having two cars that needed repair. Thank you so much for making the process simple and timely. "I visited the store in Schaumburg on Friday afternoon as my car had a run-in with the side of my garage and I needed to get an estimate. This car of mine has had bad "car"ma ever since I got it- rear ended the first week I got it, etc. The staff in Schaumburg has always been exceptional- friendly and helpful. Bob Sherman worked with me to determine what work had to be done to my car, and he had most of the paint buffed off so that we knew the full extent of the damage. It turns out that I can fix the rest of the damage with touch up paint. Bob didn't charge me anything for the work done as I was a "frequent flyer". Mr. Satzke, Good afternoon. My name is Martin Smith and I brought my '09 Chevy Aveo to your facility in Schaumburg a little over a month ago. I was wowed by the customer service. Everyone communicated to me very well and the attitudes/personality of everyone I dealt with was exceptional. Bob very helpful and kept me in the loop during the entire process. The ladies at the front were just as helpful whenever I called in. I hope I never have to be in the same situation again, but I know if something happens to my vehicle, I will take it to Cars Collision Center and know my vehicle is in good hands with Bob and his crew.
